Pengaruh Kapabilitas Dinamis Terhadap Kinerja Organisasi di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Purwokerto

Abstract
Salah satu tantangan utama dalam tata kelola Lembaga Pemasyarakatan adalah menurunnya kinerja organisasi akibat perubahan struktural, keterbatasan sumber daya, serta kebijakan efisiensi anggaran. Kapabilitas Dinamis secara teoritis berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi melalui empat dimensi utama, yaitu adaptive, absorptive, innovative, dan mobilizing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kapabilitas Dinamis terhadap Kinerja Organisasi di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Purwokerto. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik probability sampling, melibatkan 82 pegawai sebagai responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner Google Form yang terdiri dari 36 pernyataan indikator. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, regresi linier sederhana, uji signifikansi, dan uji determinasi dengan bantuan IBM SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh Kapabilitas Dinamis terhadap Kinerja Organisasi. Uji determinasi menghasilkan nilai R square sebesar 0,557, yang menunjukkan bahwa Kapabilitas Dinamis berkontribusi sebesar 55,7% terhadap Kinerja Organisasi, sementara sisanya 44,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Kapabilitas Dinamis dan Kinerja Organisasi di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Purwokerto.
