Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh transformasi digital terhadap kinerja kompetitif rantai pasok pada UMKM sector makanan dan minuman di Bogor. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi Transformasi Digital, Kinerja Kompetitif Rantai Pasok, dan Kemampuan Rantai Pasok. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 210 responden UMKM sector makanan dan minuman di Bogor yang meliputi karyawan, supervisor, dan manajer, dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa; (1) Transformasi Digital berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Kompetitif Rantai Pasok, (2) Transformasi Digital berpengaruh positif terhadap Kemampuan Rantai Pasok, (3) Kemampuan Rantai Pasok berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Kompetitif Rantai Pasok, (4) Transformasi Digital berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Kompetitif Rantai Pasok yang dimediasi oleh Kemampuan Rantai Pasok
