The Effect of Patient Flow Coordination, Staff Meeting Frequency, and Documentation Accuracy on Hospital Service Efficiency at XYZ Hospital

Abstract
Studi ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak Patient Flow Coordination, Staff Meeting Frequency, dan Documentation Accuracy terhadap Hospital Service Efficiency melalui metodologi Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Sebanyak 250 tenaga kesehatan dari berbagai departemen rumah sakit berpartisipasi sebagai responden. Mereka dipilih secara purposive sampling. Kuesioner terstandarisasi dengan skala Likert lima poin digunakan untuk pengumpulan data. Model pengukuran memenuhi standar reliabilitas dan validitas, menunjukkan nilai outer loading di atas 0,70, reliabilitas komposit di atas 0,80, dan Average Variance Extracted (AVE) di atas 0,50. Hasil model struktural menunjukkan bahwa Documentation Accuracy (β = 0,528, p < 0,001) dan Koordinasi Aliran Pasien (β = 0,458, p < 0,01) secara signifikan meningkatkan Hospital Service Efficiency, meskipun Staff Meeting Frequency (β = –0,177, p > 0,05) tidak memberikan efek yang signifikan. Nilai R² sebesar 0,576 menunjukkan bahwa ketiga prediktor dapat menjelaskan 57,6% perbedaan dalam Hospital Service Efficiency. Nilai Q² sebesar 0,549 menunjukkan bahwa prediktor sangat relevan. Hasil IPMA menunjukkan bahwa Documentation Accuracy adalah konstruk yang paling kritis tetapi paling tidak efektif. Ini berarti bahwa membuat data lebih akurat dan menyimpan catatan yang lebih baik akan sangat meningkatkan efisiensi layanan. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya koordinasi operasional dan dokumentasi yang tepat sebagai faktor penting yang memengaruhi efisiensi rumah sakit, menawarkan panduan strategis bagi manajer rumah sakit untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan kinerja organisasi.
