Implementasi Lean Manufacturing Dengan Metode Value Stream Mapping Pada Proses Inbound logistic trucking PT. I, Tbk.

Abstract
Perusahaan manufaktur dituntut untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional guna menjaga daya saing di tengah dinamika ekonomi global. PT. I, Tbk., sebagai produsen komponen otomotif berbahan dasar besi dan baja, menghadapi permasalahan pada proses inbound logistic trucking akibat tingginya ketergantungan pada material impor, dominasi administrasi manual, serta meningkatnya biaya logistik karena keterlambatan dan rendahnya visibilitas proses. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis alur pengadaan material pada proses inbound logistic trucking dengan mengidentifikasi aktivitas Value Added (VA), Non-Value Added (NVA), dan Necessary but Non-Value Added (NNVA), serta meminimalkan waste menggunakan pendekatan Lean Manufacturing dan metode Value Stream Mapping (VSM). Hasil pemetaan current state menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar aktivitas masih tergolong tidak bernilai tambah, terutama pada proses administrasi, koordinasi, dan transportasi. Perancangan Future State Map berbasis digitalisasi administrasi dan sistem inbound monitoring menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi proses melalui penurunan lead time, pengurangan aktivitas NVA, serta potensi penghematan biaya logistik. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan sistem informasi logistik terintegrasi, sebagai sarana pengendalian dan peningkatan visibilitas proses inbound logistic trucking.
