Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh participation and communication dan suervisor support terhadap turnover intention dengan dimediasi oleh work engagement pada karyawan jasa transportasi berbasis aplikasi online di DKI Jakarta. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 205 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh perkembangan jasa transportasi dan logistik, dan tingginya turnover intention pada karyawan jasa transportasi berbasis aplikasi online. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) AMOS 24 dan SPSS 25 pengujian mediasi menggunakan Sobel Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa participation and communication berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement, namun tidak secara langsung terhadap turnover intention. sementara itu, supervisor support terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement namun tidak secara langsung terhadap turnover intention. work engagement berperan sebagai mediator yang signifikan antara participation and communication dan supervisor support terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi perusahaan untuk memperkuat partisipasi dan komunikasi, dukungan dari atasan guna merendahkan niat keluar karyawan melalui peningkatan work engagemen.
