Pengaruh Digitalisasi Rantai Pasok Terhadap Kinerja Rantai Pasok yang Dimediasi Oleh Integrasi Rantai Pasok dan Efisiensi Rantai Pasok di Perusahaan Manufaktur Elektronik

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Digitalisasi Rantai Pasok terhadap Kinerja Rantai Pasok yang dimediasi Integrasi Rantai Pasok dan Efisiensi Rantai Pasok pada perusahaan manufaktur elektronik. Terdapat 159 responden dalam penelitian ini yang terdiri dari manajer, supervisor, dan staf operasional yang beroperasi di kawasan industri Karawang, Jawa Barat. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan teknik non-probability sampling menggunakan pendekatan purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif Digitalisasi Rantai Pasok terhadap Kinerja Rantai Pasok, (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif Digitalisasi Rantai Pasok terhadap Integrasi Rantai Pasok, (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif Digitalisasi Rantai Pasok terhadap Efisiensi Rantai Pasok, (4) Terdapat pengaruh positif Integrasi Rantai Pasok terhadap Kinerja Rantai Pasok, (5) Terdapat pengaruh positif Efisiensi Rantai Pasok terhadap Kinerja Rantai Pasok, (6) Terdapat pengaruh positif Digitalisasi Rantai Pasok terhadap Kinerja Rantai Pasok melalui mediasi Integrasi Rantai Pasok, serta (7) Terdapat pengaruh positif Digitalisai Rantai Pasok terhadap Kinerja Rantai Pasok melalui mediasi Efisiensi Rantai Pasok.
