Pengaruh Ketahanan Rantai Pasok Terhadap Kinerja Organisasi yang Dimediasi oleh Innovasi dan Dimoderasi oleh Berbagi Informasi

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Supply Chain Resilience terhadap Organizational Performance, dengan Innovation sebagai variabel mediasi dan Information Sharing sebagai variabel moderasi, dalam konteks usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia. Meningkatnya gangguan rantai pasok, kenaikan biaya logistik, dan keterbatasan adopsi teknologi menegaskan pentingnya resiliensi dan inovasi dalam mempertahankan kinerja organisasi dan daya saing. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengujian hipotesis. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring yang didistribusikan kepada 194 responden dari UMKM sektor makanan dan minuman di Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dan data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) untuk menguji hubungan langsung, mediasi, dan moderasi antarkonstruk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Supply Chain Resilience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Performance dan Innovation. Innovation juga berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Performance dan memediasi hubungan antara Supply Chain Resilience dan Organizational Performance. Namun, Information Sharing tidak memoderasi hubungan antara Supply Chain Resilience dan Organizational Performance. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penguatan resiliensi rantai pasok dan integrasi strategi inovasi merupakan hal yang penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi, sementara praktik berbagi informasi di antara UMKM masih memerlukan optimalisasi lebih lanjut.
