Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan faktor-faktor talent management terhadap organization performance. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan teknik sampling dan data primer sebagai alat pengumpulan data yang didapat dari penyebaran kuesioner. Objek penelitian ini adalah guru-guru di 11 sekolah swasta tingkat SMA di Kota Batam. Analisis. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukan tidak semua dari faktor-faktor talent management memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap organization performance. Dalam penelitian ini, objek penelitian masih terbatas di sekolah tingkat SMA dan jumlah sampel hanya mencakup wilayah Kota Batam sehingga hasil yang diperoleh belum dapat dikatakan menyeluruh sebab perubahan terus terjadi di dalam sebuah organisasi
