Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan faktor-faktor talent management terhadap organization per­for­man­ce. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan teknik sam­p­li­ng dan data primer sebagai alat pengumpulan data yang didapat dari penyebaran kuesioner. Objek penelitian ini adalah guru-guru di 11 sekolah swasta tingkat SMA di Kota Batam. Ana­li­sis. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukan tidak semua dari faktor-faktor talent ma­na­ge­ment memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap or­ga­ni­zation performance. Dalam pene­litian ini, objek penelitian masih terbatas di sekolah tingkat SMA dan jumlah sampel hanya mencakup wilayah Kota Batam sehingga hasil yang diperoleh belum dapat dikatakan menye­lu­ruh sebab peru­ba­han terus terjadi di dalam sebuah organisasi
