Abstract
Performance satisfaction is a crucial factor in achieving optimal performance in the workplace, influenced by various elements, including compensation and benefits. This study aims to examine and analyze the impact of compensation and benefits on employee performance satisfaction at RSUD Inche Abdoel Moeis Samarinda. The relevance of this research is supported by preliminary findings indicating that 4 out of 5 employees are dissatisfied with the compensation and benefits they receive. This research employs a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design approach, involving a population of 650 employees and a sample of 200 individuals selected through purposive sampling based on specific inclusion criteria. Data analysis was conducted using linear regression tests with computerized assistance. The results show that compensation and benefits have a significant effect on performance satisfaction, with a p-value (0.000 < 0.05). Compensation and benefits significantly influence the job satisfaction of RSUD IA Moeis employees, directly contributing to improved performance. Optimal management of compensation and benefits not only creates a more conducive work environment but also supports the achievement of organizational goals. This study highlights the importance of improving and managing compensation and benefits structures to enhance performance satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the overall improvement in hospital service quality.
